Project scope

After working with Queer Amsterdam’s social media campaign in 2023, KayWayze returned in 2024 as head of marketing and communications. This meant KayWayze added a new department to the organization, leading it in all internal and external marketing output for over 100+ events that took place during Amsterdam’s pride month of 2024. Including online and offline campaigns, structuring & optimizing the input of 50+ collaborating organisations and overseeing and directing the visibility, story and marketing of the brand and individual events.
