Refund and Returns Policy
Below you’ll find our refund and cancellation terms, designed to be fair and transparent.
1. One-Time Consultations (Non-Subscription)
- You may request a full refund for a scheduled one-time consultation up to 4 hours before the appointment time.
- Any cancellation made less than 4 hours before the scheduled consultation is non-refundable, due to time reserved and preparation made in advance.
- To cancel or request a refund, please follow the instructions in your confirmation or email info@kaywayze.com with your appointment details.
2. Subscription Services
- Refunds for services provided under a subscription are not available unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Subscription commitments are managed according to the terms set out in the service agreement and our General Terms of Service.
3. Project-Based Services
- Refunds for strategy projects, campaigns, or custom marketing deliverables are not standard, as these involve time, planning, and intellectual effort.
- Any disputes or exceptional refund considerations will be evaluated in line with our General Terms of Service and require written agreement from both parties.
4. Force Majeure or Exceptional Circumstances
In case of unexpected events beyond your or our control (e.g., illness, technical failure), we’ll aim to reschedule. Refunds are at our discretion in such cases and will be handled with fairness.
